At Jenny, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return is accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Due to the nature of medical and hygiene products, we do not accept returns for:

• Used products

• Opened or tampered with packaging

• Personal care/hygiene items unless damaged or defective

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share order ID, photos/videos, and issue details

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
